Have you ever wanted to keep a window in view when you clicked on another application?
Have you ever wanted to keep a window in view and not get it hidden by the new application or window you click – here is how to do it.
Step One download and install the latest version of Microsoft Power Toys. Just google Power toys, and you will get to the link below
Click on the power-Toys set up and run the Setup App once the download is complete.
Check I agree and then click install.
You will be asked if you want to allow this program to make changes to your computer – click Yes
PowerToys will take a minute or two to install then you will see the screen below – click [Close]
Step Two run PowerToys – from the start menu click PowerToys in the Recommended section
To set an application window to be “Always On Top” so it’s never hidden by the active application
- Select the window
- Press the Windows Key and the CTRL Key and T together to activate PowerToys “Always On Top” feature
You will now see a blue line around the window, and it will never be hidden from view. As its set as “Always On Top”
To remove the feature, press the Window+CTRL+T keys again.
